Project Manager
Provide effective management of on-going projects, develop new project plans to accomplish company goals. Interact with clients to study their RDBMS Application needs, and successful delivery of required Applications and other services. Conduct cost-benefit Analysis on current and future projects. Provide system Analysis and pilot plans for upgrade of current IT platforms within the assigned projects, finalization of Design Specifications, Relational Database Development(Oracle, MS SQL,IBM DB2), Front End Tools Development in Oracle Forms/Reports 9i/10g, Oracle portal 10g and Application Express 10g. Design Training plans for new applications and other upgraded applications. Maintain current Data Warehouse and design new ones (Oracle 10g Platform).
Must have Master's degree in Comp Science, Management related field/equiv.

Programmer Analyst
Develop and design software applications using ETL methodology for supporting data transformations & processing in a corporate wide ETL Solution using Informatica PowerCenter, PowerMart. Work with Workflow Manager, Workflow Monitor, Server Manager, Source Analyzer, Data Warehouse Designer, Mapping Designer, Mapplet Designer, & Transformation Developer), PowerMart, ETL, OLAP, OLTP & CA Autosys. Work with Dimensional and Relational Data Modeling using Star schema/Snowflake modeling, Fact and Dimension tables, Physical and Logical data modeling, Erwin. Provide performance tuning of Informatica Sources, Targets, Mappings, Transformations & Sessions. Work with Oracle, Teradata, SQL, PL/SQL, iSQPlus, TOAD, procedures/functions, packages, triggers, Explain Plan, Constraints, Triggers, Indexes-B-tree Index, Bitmap Index, Views, Inline Views, Database Links, Export/Import Utilities. 40 hrs/week. Must have Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
